I’m looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join my client and oversee a specialist medical device portfolio within the renal care space across South Africa and neighbouring countries. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll drive product planning, launch activities, and lifecycle management to support improved patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to support growth within the renal care market.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to phase-out, ensuring strong customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Lead product launches, including marketing initiatives, sales training, clinical evaluations, and customer education.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams to support pricing, positioning, and inventory planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards.
- Create product-related training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Specialists.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in medical devices; renal care .
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
