What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about precision, compliance, and confidentiality, this role is for you.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in payroll administration
- Pastel Payroll proficiency (essential)
- Solid understanding of SARS, PAYE, UIF, SDL, and statutory regulations
- High accuracy in payroll processing and reconciliations
- Strong organisational skills and discretion with sensitive data
Your Day-to-Day
- Process monthly payroll across multiple sites
- Calculate salaries, deductions, overtime, and leave accurately
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee data
- Submit statutory returns (PAYE, UIF, SDL) to SARS on time
- Generate payroll reports for management and finance
- Assist HR with payroll-related queries
