Site Supervisor – Carwash Supreme
Carwash Supreme is looking for a reliable, hands-on Supervisor to help run the daily operations of our car wash sites. You must be able to work with people, follow instructions, and manage daily performance targets.
Minimum Requirements:
*Computer literate (able to use, email, and basic Excel)
*Preferably has a Driver’s License
*Matric or equivalent (advantageous)
*Can work with numbers and understand daily and monthly targets
*Able to lead and manage a team of staff
*Strong communication and people skills
*Reliable and willing to work weekends and public holidays
*Must be able to train and mentor his team
Job Duties Include
*Managing staff on-site (scheduling, discipline, timekeeping)
*Making sure the site runs smoothly and customers are happy
*Tracking daily staff attendance and reporting it to management
*Helping the manager meet daily performance and sales goals
*Following up on new staff recruitment and training
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: R8000 per month +
Performance Bonus:
