Durban

To Provide first-line
support for hardware, software, and network issues

Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT
equipment

Good knowledge in Sage Pastel accounting, Payroll, Microsoft
365 and Bio matrix

Assist with system updates, backups, and documentation

Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed

Support users both remotely and on-site

Requirements, Specifications & Qualifications

Valid South African Driver’s License an advantage

Grade 12/ Senior Certificate

Minimum A+ N+ or similar preferable

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology – highly
beneficial

Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting the IT Industry an
advantage
